Titusoft Drawer Slide Soft Close Mechanism, Titusoft Face Frame, Titus Tool
I have installed these and they mostly work well. However, I find that if someone kind of lifts the drawer while pulling, the plastic notch can jump out of the close mechanism and then you have to reset. Is there a way to adjust so this does not happen
