Very fast delivery and responsive communication. Great company! Unit was packed fairly well and arrived undamaged. Easy to install - fits and works great. Prefer this unit over the kidney shaped pull outs.

Advantages: Better use of space than the kidney shaped units, at half the price. Very sturdy once installed. Arrived 90% assembled for fast installation.
Disadvantages: Beyond the instructions, I added two screws to the back wall of the two drawer unit for extra stability. I also had to move the drawer glides on the bottom drawer for the drawer not to drag on the bottom of the cabinet. Both easy adjustments.

My cabinet opening is exactly 15". During installation, the drawer unit just barely fit through the opening with a good bit of "persuasion". Wish I could have installed it prior to the countertops being installed, but that was my timing issue.
